How It Works

Complete the Travel Inquiry form to initiate your request.  You will then receive an invoice for our research fee in your email. We will not begin working on the proposal until invoice is paid in full.

You will receive a proposal via email within 3-5 days for your review. You can approve your proposal so we can lock in those rates immediately or you can request a revision. Pay in full or reserve with a deposit. Ask about our payment plan options!

Once trip is booked, we will send you a final itinerary with all confirmations, tickets, etc. Anytime between your deposit and departure date, you may reach out to include add-ons or upgrades. We will reach out before, during, and after your trip. Just think of Eventcation as your personal travel concierge!
